HMTRI provides training at the Midwest Center for Public Safety Training (MCPST). Located along Interstate 80 at exit 292, the MCPST is a former recreational water facility that Eastern Iowa
Community College (EICC) has converted into a one-of-a-kind facility for health, safety, and environmental training.
The MCPST adds to EICC’s tradition of excellence by also providing emergency rescue training to area firefighters, emergency medical technicians, police officers, and private business. For more than two decades, the college has been the key training resource throughout eastern Iowa.
